Plant Clerk – Mount Holly, NJ
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Job Summary
The Plant Clerk is a non-exempt salary position and is responsible for general plant clerical duties to include data entry, scanning and uploading documents, and general filling. Primary duties to include daily support of production, inventory management and customer service/ Provide back-up support for office positions such as A/P & A/R, inventory tracking, and load scheduling as necessary.

Work Duties and Required Skills
- Follow the expectations of all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Monitor front door, signing in of guests, and checking in drivers for pickups.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondences, including faxes and email.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing registration records and other record management duties.
- Order and maintain office and project supplies.
- Computer system and shared drive entries for inventory, shipping, receiving and production.
- Process weekly payroll (enter vacation, absences, missed punches, etc.).
- Support A/P process and scanning of necessary documents.
- Enter ACH information for vendors in computer system.
- Mail remittance slips/ checks to Vendors.
- Take in mail Customer Checks to bank.
- Assist with handling logistics of special events such as: safety milestones, work anniversaries, etc.
- Enter data into ADM Safety database as directed by management.
- High school diploma or GED with at least 2-3 years of prior relevant office experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency in addressing issues.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, working on the telephone and computer, filing, bending.
