Inside our locations we feature different pizza ovens, one a Wood Stone Flame Fired pizza oven, the only one in Butte, Montana and the other stacked high volume ovens. All guests no matter the location, also enjoy available options of a full service bar that feature scratch cocktails.

We are seeking out individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a knack for creativity and self-leadership. People who can get the work done and don't need to be told what to do.

Line cooks that will help to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly, drive team to produce their best product, ensure prep work is completed. In this role you will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen, ability to work independently, manage a sometimes stressful work environment.

Open and/or Closing the station; prep work is completed by scheduled time to ensure service is uninterrupted.

Maintain and assure highest level of quality for all products. Providing excellent quality and presentation of all food products to the guests in a timely manner.

Assess quality and quantity of all prep stations.

Know and comply consistently with standard portion size, cooking methods, standards of quality, kitchen rules polices and procedures.

Inform management in timely fashion of any shortages or quality issues.

Coordinate with the General Manager to make special dishes to reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with health department.

Maintain station cleanliness; follow schedule for regular deep cleanings.

Complete station inventories and checklists, ensuring compliance of opening and closing procedures.

Assist with daily receiving of orders.

Stocking and rotation in correct order.

Escalate maintenance issues to management.

Food labels and temperature records completed.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of food experience. We are looking for eagerness to advance in a kitchen leadership career. Someone who is creative and passionate about food who believes that good enough is not an acceptable standard.
