EnerMech is hiring Pipe Foreman in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Great opportunity to work in Semiconductor space, ton of work ongoing across the US. All positions are project positions, basic healthcare, no vacation/holidays. Team is working 50 to 70 hours per week, Monday thru Saturday.

Hourly pay, per diem (if 75 miles outside Rio Rancho), travel pay to and from site. Can Deploy from anywhere in USA.

Job Description

• Undertake all Supervisory tasks over Leading Hands and field craft on site to maintain a safe and effective work site.

Piping Foreman tasks to include:

• Assisting with the Administration of: Timesheets / Documents / Procurement / Reporting
• Liaise with internal departments and customer to execute work fronts by;
• Organization / Mobilization of equipment and; Personnel to effectively execute the work.
• Organize all relative access and work permits required to complete work.
• Direct Line Supervision of field craft; Pipe Fitters, Millwrights, Bolters, Machinist and helpers
• Assist Site Manager and Operations Team for introduction of new personnel and equipment to the business where their starting work on site:
• Site Inductions, Site Orientations, Assist in identifying additional training as required
• Liaise with Management on any matters related to EnerMech QHSE Practices. Ensure that Site Management is made aware of any conflicting practices between site best practice and EnerMech internal best practice for resolution. Ensure all personnel are in line with EnerMech and site QHSE practices at all times.
• Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of craft employees.
• Thoroughly review scope documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Study project execution and tracking documents including the project execution plan, project safety plan, QA/QC plan, schedule, man loading projections, equipment rental schedule, installed quantity and labor tracking plan, and subcontracting strategy.
• Participate in project kick-off and team building activities.
• Ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with Superintendent to ensure all company, client, and project policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Interface with all project team members as required in the establishment of project schedules and resolving schedule problems.
