Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health
Job description
Discover a new lane in therapy where treatments are personal and outcomes are optimal. As a Home Health PT, you’ll help patients regain their strength, manage their pain and reach their goals in a home setting where therapy is customized to their daily lives. The Physical Therapist will service the Greater Lakes Region area in New Hampshire.

Pay: $40-$51/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)

Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
- Valid Physical Therapist License in the State of New Hampshire
- Graduate of an accredited college-level approved program
- Minimum 2 years of clinical working experience within the last 5 years
- Current CPR certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
