Job Responsibilities:

This is a home health position for a Physical Therapist (PT). The PT is responsible for creating the Plan of Care and implementing interventions based on the POC and goals. PT will be responsible for maintaining contact with the PTA and coordinating care between patient and POC. The therapist will manage their own schedule and drive to patients throughout the day. This job is very autonomous, perfect for those who don’t enjoy being kept working in a facility all day.

Locations : Naples and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current Florida State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Florida Driver’s License, registration, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR, physical and PPD
• Preferred experience as an Physical Therapist in home health.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
