Compensation:

$42-46/hr for staff PT, Lead PT depending on experience.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
  • We welcome new grads for staff PT, 3-4 years for Lead PT.
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.
  • Current Physical Therapy license in Oregon or immediately eligible for Oregon licensure.
  • We use WebPT.
Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:


We provide general physical therapy, Running analysis, Bike fits, Vestibular therapy, Sports, McKenzie certified low back therapy, hand therapy, and more to a varied patient population from about 14 years old to 100.

Currently we have 2 physical therapists and 3 support staff in a 3800 sq ft facility with top of the line equipment (BFR, Kaiser, objective dynometers, infrared laser goggle for vestibular treatment etc).

We are looking for a staff Physical Therapist and a Lead Physical Therapist to join our expanding clinic.

Common qualifications for both of these positions include:

Excellent outpatient orthopedic experience, plus a willingness to learn.

Must be comfortable treating a caseload consisting of post-operative, sports medicine, and spine conditions.

Exceptional manual therapy skills.

Experience and enthusiasm working with a diverse patient population and treating a full range of ages and diagnoses.

Enjoys being part of a progressive therapy practice.

Has a desire to maintain positive relationships with our medical referral resources and community.

Passion to learn, empathy and ability to work both independently and as a team member.

Have a fun, positive and energetic personality.

In addition for the Lead Physical Therapist position you should have 3-4 years of clinical experience preferred and an interest in business development and marketing. We are looking for an excellent therapist to help grow and develop our expanding clinic and team.
