Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off

Summary of Responsibility

Physical Therapist will assess and evaluate the patient with acute injuries and chronic health conditions to create an individualized treatment plan using physical modalities and exercise to improve the quality of life of patients. Our Physical Therapists have access to all the equipment needed to get our patients back to their baseline and allow the patient to navigate the course back home in a short period of time. The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing up-to-date, timely, and comprehensive physical therapy plans of cares to assist the patient in regaining their range of motion while managing pain and improving strength and endurance safely.

Idaho Falls, ID is in Southeast Idaho. This is a great place to explore the outdoors! Qualifications

  • Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in physical therapy from a nationally accredited school with board approved curriculum.
  • Licensed to practice as physical therapist in the state of Idaho.
  • Two years (2) of appropriate experienced as a physical therapist in a clinical setting or transitional care unit, preferred.
  • Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR/ First Aid Certification.
  • Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order to get to and from work in all weather conditions.
