OrthoSport HQ Mission: Improve the quality & longevity of people’s lives through health pain-free movement. We do this by utilizing a model of physical therapy and personal training that is more accessible, customized, and efficient than the traditional over-medicalized hospitals and large corporate PT clinics offer.

Primary Roles:

• Reviews and evaluates referrals and patients' records to determine physical therapy treatment requirements.
• Performs patient tests, measurements and evaluations and record findings to aid in developing and/or revising specifics of the treatment program or training program.
• Administers appropriate treatment as indicated. Instructs, motivates, and assists patients to achieve their goals.
• Screens incoming training athletes utilizing evidence-based screening process to determine training level and safety
• Utilizes screening information to develop rehabilitation protocol and interventions if needed
• Records patients' treatment, response, and progress daily within company’s documentation format.
• Completes documentation requirements and billing procedures in a timely manner per policy.
• Updates treatment plan and/ or re-evaluates patients as needed to ensure optimal outcome
• Interacts and consults with other medical services regarding patients' status
• Develop relationships with outside medical support staff, including but not limited to orthopedic, internal medicine, strength coaches, chiropractic, and massage therapists.
• Maintains all continuing education requirements

Requirements Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Ohio PT license
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience working in a sports performance based physical therapy setting
• Strength & Conditioning or Personal Training Background

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
