Mount Carmel Nursing and Rehab in Mount Carmel, PA is now hiring for a full-time physical therapist to join their amazing in-house team!

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing

· Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care

· Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers

· Monitor patient response to treatment intervention

· Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
