Responsibilities:

• - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions
• - Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs and goals
• - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
• - Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness

Requirements:

• - Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• - Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
