Ascendo Healthcare Staffing is a nation-wide staffing firm, and we are currently working with a well-respected health system in the Tomahawk, WI area that is in urgent need of highly seasoned Physical Therapist. This client is working with a real sense of urgency in order to fill this position, so they're willing to pay TOP DOLLAR to get a qualified candidate in ASAP.

Schedule:

Days: 8 Hour Day Shift

(40 hours scheduled/30 hours guaranteed/allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced)

Compensation:

**weekly pay**

$60/hr x 40 hrs = $2400/week (gross pay based on 40 hour work week - paid out weekly via direct deposit every Friday morning working under contract)

Travel Stipend:

*Hotel/Housing tax-free per diem will be provided if you are traveling outside of 50 miles!

Benefits:

80/20 plan through Cigna - covers Health, Vision, and Dental!

Requirements:

• Minimum 24 months of PT experience - REQUIRED
• COVID vaccination required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED
• Travel experience - Preferred
• Active WI PT license required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
