H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work at our Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy outpatient clinic located in Ronceverte, WV. We are looking for someone that is willing to cover different locations within the area on a needed basis.
Our ideal candidate will have experience treating and evaluating patients with primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of West Virginia
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting
- Must pass required background checks

Facility Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
Hour per week: 40 hours per week

Compensation: Salary, Commensurate with experience
Sign-on Bonus: Yes - $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Performance Bonus Incentive: Yes - Up to an additional $30K annually
