Vero Health Center is seeking a determined full-time Phone Manager in the West Des Moines, IA community. This full-time sales position earns $40,000 - $50,000 a year plus bonuses. Pay is commensurate with experience and performance will play a large role in bonuses. This position is also eligible for great benefits, including 12 flex days and 8 paid holidays off each year, 4 weeks or 20 days of paid time off per year, a 401k plan (after one year of employment), birthday gifts, bonuses on work anniversaries, group discounts for health, vision and dental, complementary care for you and immediate family in your house, and fun team outings and lunches. Our office hours are Monday and Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Tuesday hours will rotate between the early shift (7:00am - 9:00am) and the later shift (4:00pm - 6:00pm), Wednesday 7:00am - 4:00pm, and Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PHONE MANAGER
As a phone manager, you play an important role in ensuring the highest level of customer communication, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Incoming website and social media leads are pushed to your own company cell phone where you are bonused for making appointments. You answer all incoming calls and make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and reactivate previous practice members. In addition, you use our CRM as well as google calendar to track follow ups. You text and email clients to answer questions and keep them on track with the results they desire. You're a fearless and outgoing individual that plays a huge role in our business development and customer experience. You love talking to people and changing lives!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Flexible in answering the phone in the evenings and on the weekends
