How does it work?

Participants in the training program are full-time, benefited Concord Hospital employees from the start of the program.

Receive 100% of tuition paid by Concord Hospital

Following the successful completion of the training program, you will continue your employment with the company as a fully-qualified Phlebotomist. Participants will be asked to make a 2 year employment commitment to Concord Hospital after completing the training program.
So, what does the Phlebotomist Training program look like? What's in it for me?

4 weeks of paid classroom instruction time at NHTI.

3 week paid Internship at Concord Hospital/ Concord Hospital- Laconia

Preparation and eligibility to sit for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician exam through the NHA.

Placement after classroom education into an open position within the organization.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Trainees will be required to sign a retention contract agreeing to work for Concord Hospital for a minimum of two years post completion of the program.
