As a per diem, nonexempt, CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work weekends only (Saturday & Sunday 8:00a to 1:00p), with the option to pick-up weekday shifts.

About the Facility: Hendricks Behavioral Hospital is licensed for 112 beds and opened in early 2021. This hospital is located on the Hendricks Regional Health Campus and provides mental health and chemical dependency care for adults, with plans to add adolescent and children's services soon. Treatment services include free initial screenings, assessments, inpatient and outpatient services, and aftercare referrals. Patients can expect a safe, caring environment with trained physicians, nurses, counselors and technicians who will provide outstanding care for individuals and families. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Recent experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy
  • IN Licensure/Registration/Certification requirements
  • Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
  • Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)
  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1 st -April 30 th
  • COVID Vaccine-Full (required)
