Job Responsibilities:
The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) performs the basic nursing duties in a nursing home to provide for the comfort, safety and hygiene needs of residents in an assisted living community. The PCA assists residents in maintain and possibly increasing their level of independence wherever possible.
Requirements:
· Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
· Long-term care experience preferred.
