We are looking for a Personal Banker who works closely with customers to determine their banking needs and to provide individualized service by providing tailored banking solutions. Assists customer with account needs and general account maintenance. Conducts financial transactions; handles routine customer inquiries both in person and on the telephone.

What will your day look like? You will:

· Develops personal and business banking relationships with existing and prospect customers by engaging them by phone, in person, and/or virtual.

· Uncovers client needs and providing appropriate solutions, and product education to help them achieve their financial goals.

· Efficiently opens, closes and services personal and business accounts.

· Performs outbound calls to bank prospects and existing customers for business development and deepening relationships.

· Ensures positive client experience.

· Assists with branch operational tasks and process client transactions while adhering to bank policy and regulations.

What you will need for this position:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 1 to 3 years of Banking, Customer Service OR Sales experience.

· Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-driven with strong work ethic.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
