Personal Banker III at Large (Full-time)
- The position of Personal Banker III at Large performs operational supervisory duties as assigned, including opening and closing branch procedures. Has transaction override authority and limited check signing authority.
- Required to provide coaching to less experienced branch staff on recognizing opportunities to expand existing customer relationships. The position of Personal Banker III at Large also is fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of Business/Consumer Loan Products, teller, vault, safe deposit, processing and discussing and accepting credit applications.
- Required to be fully knowledgeable in processing all branch transactions and opening new consumer and complex business accounts; expert with cross-selling techniques and recognizing opportunities for expanding existing customer relationship. Maintains excellent customer service and has the ability to problem solve customer requests.
- Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
