Our company is creating an opportunity for an experienced, detail oriented professional to join our team as a Personal Assistant. This position will allow you to access the resources and tools you need to grow and flourish. You will work directly with the owner on all activities as well as playing an integral part in our company's growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments.
  • Work on computer and data entry
  • Make calls and texts to employees.
  • Draft correspondence and respond to emails.
  • File documents and maintain databases.
  • Create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
  • Provide basic administrative support.
  • Keep up-to-date on employee portal.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
