Location – Cobham & Remote

Hours – 40 hours, any 5 from 7

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives for the Women’s Team Manager. Duties include:

- Act as the main point of contact between executives and colleagues/partners.

- Managing all forms of communication: To manage, filter and prioritise all aspects of communication, including confidential correspondence, with discretion and diplomacy to ensure both urgent and important matters are managed, including telephone calls and responding to emails when necessary.

- To manage all diary and travel arrangements for the Manager

- Coordinating reports across all departments update internal databases

- To provide professional liaison with clients, suppliers, visitors and internal colleagues.

- Respond promptly to queries.

- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)

Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:

- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Microsoft Office, computer literate, strong telephone and communication skills,

- Shorthand 80 wpm (Desirable)

- High level of discretion and confidentiality as access to strategic plans of the organisation.

- Good organisation skills and sound communicator

- Capable of prioritisation and decision making

- Team player who can deliver results in a pressurised and active environment

- Strong relationship builder

Nice to Haves:

- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in Admin based job and the sport sector
