JOB SUMMARY
The Tax Account Supervisor
oversees one or more significant internal business processes in support of a
multi-state payroll tax processing and compliance team. The Process Supervisor
will develop and maintain core internal tools and procedures. The Process
Supervisor will orchestrate and direct documents that are used to execute daily
tax filing and reconciliation activities. The Process Supervisor may also have
the opportunity to shape and influence the payroll tax process, systems, and
requirements for the business.

JOB DUTIES
Oversee day-to-day
payroll tax-process activities related to periodic, quarterly, annual tax
payments and filings, timely amendment processing, audits, approvals, and
adjustments
Develop and maintain
strong relationships with internal business teams involved in state tax account
setup, SUTA experience rate maintenance, and state/local filing requirements
Create and maintain
standard processing time reports, regular performance metrics, and service
level agreements (SLAs)
Ensure audit files are
organized, updated timely and provided to leadership with high-level
performance metrics
Ability to adapt to a
fast-paced and changing work environment, while leading multiple priorities
Ability to handle
detailed transactions, and prioritize tasks and projects to produce accurate,
quality work product under deadlines
Demonstrates proactive
problem-solving skills
Well-rounded in
communicating with all levels of the organization, clients, third-party
vendors, agencies, and internal departments
Ethics - Displays the

Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires 3+
years’ experience in payroll/payroll tax processing
Associates Degree in
Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred
Experience with ADP Master
Tax, Dynamics Solomon, Workday, or equivalent desired
Experience managing
remotely full-time is a plus
Ability to work flexible
and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements
If remote or hybrid must
have a reliable internet service PAY RANGE: $55,000 - 65,000 Annually
The
incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer,
telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise
level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbents may
encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is
regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive
hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20
