Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Payroll Specialist to join the Accounting team in a full-time, day shift with a hybrid work schedule.
You may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign on bonus!

Purpose

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for automated time keeping system payroll, assuring accuracy and timeliness of pay and delivering payroll reports. The position also is responsible for payroll-related communications with other persons or organizations; for operating software related to payroll, accounting, MS office products, payroll related equipment; and for performing relief and/or project duties, when required.

Shift: Full-time, Days (0800-1630), Mon-Fri

The ideal candidate will:

  • possess strong command and recent working knowledge of ADP WFN or other payroll processing system
  • execute payroll processing with rigor and accuracy
  • deliver high degree of customer service and collaboration on problem solving
Required qualifications
  • Equivalent of high school graduate level training
  • 1+ year of AA/Business school or bookkeeping and communications related studies
Preferred qualifications
  • 3+ years of payroll bookkeeping experience
  • Previous healthcare setting
  • ADP WFN experience

  • Paid Time Off includes personal time off and 8 Holidays. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on the FTE. The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.
