Job description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join our FPG team!

Duties include:

• New Hire Onboarding and Employee changes into the payroll system
• Make any adjustments in salary, transfers, termination, or any changes in the system
• Processing full cycle bi-weekly payroll for 700+ employees
• Ensure garnishments are properly supported, deducted, and distributed to the appropriate parties
• Calculate any additional retro or equipment deductions
• Auditing time cards on a weekly basis
• Assisting other departments as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in dealing with payroll is preferred
• Experience with Paycom payroll systems is preferred
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Intermediate skills using Excel to track and manipulate data
• Must enjoy working in a team environment and possess a solid work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug test and extensive criminal background check

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
