We are currently seeking a team oriented individual with strong customer service skills, to join our team and growing company. The Payment Processing Specialist processes a wide array of tasks in which provides day-to-day operational support for the retail operations of the bank.
Some Duties Include:
Handling telephone and email requests from both internal and external customers- Process daily reports, involving research and verification of data. Make decisions based off of set guidelines while operating under banking regulations.
- Review and monitor deposit accounts, to include opening documentation as well as ongoing maintenance as requested.
- Payment processing to include review and correction of transactions on deposit accounts, mobile deposits, & wire transfers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma with at least one year of banking experience required. Knowledge of banking and associated regulations preferred. Positive demeanor and eagerness to learn appreciated.
