See Yourself as a Payment Operations Analyst

The Payment Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring our payment processing systems and resolving payment issues and exceptions in order to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. The primary focus will be on reconciliation, daily operations support and maintain customer files.

See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform daily payment processing reviews, analyze potential issues, collaborate with appropriate stakeholders internally and externally to resolve

  • Partner and collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Information Technology to ensure timely set up and or deactivation of user accounts based on payment status

  • Performs various clerical task associated with payment operations and customer onboarding

  • Provide needed daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to Finance and Operations

  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements

  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

  • Degree Requirement: H.S. Diploma or GED

  • Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experience

Additional Qualifications

  • 2+ years of payment or financial service operations experience

  • Detailed oriented – places a high value on accuracy, consistency, and completion of work

  • Demonstrated PC skills, including proven knowledge of Windows and ability to operate standard office equipment

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Other Qualifications, including any special skills, capabilities, and competencies:

  • Has proven ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

  • Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills – must possess ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Flexible with changing priorities and able to embrace change
