The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist II to join our OBGYN clinic located at the Providence Medical Center. Responsibilities include answering high volume phone calls, scheduling new and established patients, obtaining medical records, insurance verification, and other duties as assigned. We have a high volume of patients in a fast-paced environment and seek an individual that can multitask. We are searching for a candidate with a friendly demeanor, positive attitude, strong desire to learn and patient focused customer service. Free parking available at clinic location! Level and pay depend on experience: $19.37 - $26.21 per hour.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Requirements:

• Two years prior medical office experience preferred
• Prior scheduling experience preferred
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records, specifically Centricity/Athena and EPIC
• Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Excellent attendance and work ethic
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and physicians
