Pay Rate $15.00 - $16.00/hour

Spark Dental Management currently has a part-time opportunity available for a Patient Services Representative in our Southampton, PA office! As the first face our patients and parents usually see when they walk in, this position is crucial to creating a positive, welcoming patient experience for everyone in our care.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Tuesday 730am-430pm

Wednesday 10 am-7 pm

Saturday - Once a month

Job Responsibilities:

• Smile and greet patients and families upon arrival and dismissal.
• Check-in and check-out patients.
• Respond to patient questions and/or concerns according to CDH policies.
• Answer telephones and check voicemail.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Follow up on no-shows or canceled appointments.
• Verify patient information.
• Keep and maintain up-to-date patient account records.
• Other duties as assigned
