Pay range: $16 - $18/ hour

This is a Monday - Thursday position with the hours 7:45 am - 5:45 pm

Spark Dental Management currently has a full-time opportunity available for a Patient Services Representative in our West Grove, PA location! As the first face our patients and parents usually see when they walk in, this position is crucial to creating a positive, welcoming patient experience for everyone in our care.

Spark Dental Management is a Dental Support Organization (DSO) dedicated to expanding access to quality dental care for children.

We support the provision of preventive services, diagnostic imaging, and a full range of restorative dental care for our affiliated pediatric practices. Leveraging the latest equipment and technology, our affiliated dentists provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients – from infants to adolescents—in fun, welcoming environments designed specifically for the needs of children.

Job Responsibilities:

• Smile and greet patients and families upon arrival and dismissal.
• Check in and check out patients.
• Respond to patient questions and/or concerns according to CDH policies.
• Answer telephones and check voicemail.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Follow up on no-shows or cancelled appointments.
• Verify patient information.
• Keep and maintain up-to-date patient account records.
• Other duties as assigned
