Busy Medical Office located in Naperville is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our team and assist with daily tasks such as:

· Scheduling patient appointments

· Checking patients in/out and verifying current insurance information

· Collecting co-pays and/or balances due

· Updating Electronic Medical Records

· Answering phone calls and triaging messages

Experience: Required at least 1 year experience

Skills necessary: attention to detail, self-motivated, highly organized, able to multitask, excellent communication skills (written and verbal); proficient with Excel and Word; ability to learn and adapt in fast paced environment.

Competitive compensation.

Availability: daytime and evenings until 8:30pm; Some Saturdays daytime optional

Average hours per week: 32-40 hours
