We have openings for Patient Coordinators - General, Endo/Pero and Ortho to work at several of our Dental Health Clinics: Old Sauk Clinic (7017 Old Sauk Rd Madison, WI), South Clinic (2971 Chapel Valley Rd Madison, WI) Gammon Clinic (7001 Old Sauk Rd, Madison, WI), University Clinic (2713 Marshall Court, Madison, WI), East Clinic (49 N. Walbridge Avenue, Madison, WI) Am Center Clinic (5002 Am Center Drive, Madison, WI) full-time, Monday-Friday. Wage range $19-$21 per hour (based on experience), earn a $1,000 signing bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefit package including health and dental insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance, vacation and holiday pay, along with 401K and profit sharing.

The primary function of the Patient Coordinator position is to greet our patients, provide accurate and friendly customer service, schedule appointments in person and on the telephone, while serving as a liaison between patients and dental office staff.
