DAY-TO-DAY

This entry-level healthcare position is full-time and typically works at our office between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

As a Patient Care Associate - Customer Care Coordinator, you are the face of our office. You're the first person our patients see when they come in for their appointments. Extremely friendly, you greet them and do what you can to make them feel welcome. Being proactive, you check our patients in for their appointment while ensuring that they fill out all the proper paperwork. Additionally, you answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and answer any questions with ease.

Highly attentive, you carefully manage patient charts, information, and referrals to accurately file their information. You help our providers to give the best possible care to our patients by handling the administrative aspect of the job. You love working directly with our patients and take pride in the part you play in creating a positive healthcare experience!
