You will receive classroom and hands on training while helping our residents and caregivers. As a PCA you will have 120 days to train, take, and pass the CNA exam. Brynwood Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 97-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Monticello, FL. What you bring to our team:

• High school diploma or GED

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills

As a PCA you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

• Make unoccupied beds

• Clean resident equipment

• Clean resident’s personal care and grooming items

• Maintain residents’ closets, bedside stands, drawers, and closets in a clean, orderly and odor free manner

• Label clothing and belongings

• Complete admission inventory of clothing and belongings

• Distribute laundry

• Monitor and replenish resident care articles

• Answer call lights and aid our residents and caregivers

• Other duties as assigned
