WORK HOURS

8:00am until 12:00pm or 9:00am until 1:00pm Monday through Friday, extra hours may be required.

JOB SUMMARY:

Clean amenities including clubhouse, office, model apartment, hospitality suite, and touch up vacant units.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Touch up model and vacant apartments for new move ins.

·Clean hospitality suite for new guests.

·Clean fitness center and restrooms

·Clean, dust, sanitize, vacuum, sweep, or mop all areas if necessary.

·Other duties as needed or requested.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

·High school diploma or GED

·Interact with residents in a positive manner.

·Be able to work without directions or supervision.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION

·Have ability to use cleaning equipment.

·Be comfortable being able to bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl in awkward positions.

·Have ability to lift, pull, carry, or push up to 25lbs.

PROPER ATTIRE

Must wear gloves, goggles, etc. and use proper safety equipment as required for job site safety.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
