Your New Role: Join this much-loved local nonprofit as a part-time Executive Assistant and Board Liaison. Strong communication skills are a must as you interact with judges, volunteers, donors, community partners, and staff. As Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, you’ll schedule meetings, create travel itineraries, and serve as the gatekeeper of the organization. Additionally, you’ll be the primary liaison between the organization and its governance bodies, which includes the Board of Directors.

You’ll be at the frontlines and provide the first impression of the organization for many critical stakeholders. Your ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality, ensure clear and timely communication, and multitask efficiently will be greatly appreciated here.

The role is part-time, at 20 hours a week spread over the course of a 5-day work week.
