Corporate Cleaning Group, Kansas City's premier commercial cleaning company, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Part-Time Day Manager.

The Day Manager oversees the servicing of multiple accounts and special projects located in the Northland area of Greater Kansas City.

This position is directly responsible for the performance of Trainers, Leads and Cleaners and ensures all cleaning activity gets completed according to company guidelines.

Qualified individuals will exercise exemplary leadership, organizational and communication skills to achieve optimal performance from their team.

Major Job Functions:
Manage team members in execution of customer requirements and facility cleaning specifications

Provide positive and negative feedback on performance when appropriate

Respond to team member requests for additional supplies, time off, etc.

Maintain inventory and ensure each account is adequately supplied

Complete regularly scheduled inspections and check-ins

Oversee the launch of new accounts

Oversee the training of new team members

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

Communicate both customer and team member issues and concerns to appropriate parties

Maintain accurate records in timekeeping system and ensure time reports are prepared for payroll

Monitor attendance and arrange for coverage due to scheduled absence, call-outs, etc.

Cultivate a positive attitude among team members

Other Responsibilities:
Assist with development of job cards and operational strategies

Assist in maintaining budgeted hours for each account

Assist in execution of Six Day Touch program

Schedule:
Though primary operating hours for this position will be weekdays 9am-4pm Mon through Friday, though some special project work could be scheduled in early evenings/weekends.

Compensation:
$20.00/hr.
