Part-time Camper Driver

Position Summary

The Part-time Camper Driver is responsible for securing company assets in the RV and Travel Trailers as they are driven from Arizona to Michigan. He/she will at any cost make sure that the assets are safely delivered to the destination address.

This position requires consistent communication with the Operations Success Center (OSC). The OSC will constantly monitor the progress of the delivery. All roadblocks and disruptions shall be immediately reported to OSC.

Ongoing work may last for 1-2 months or longer.

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Load-up assets to trailers in an orderly fashion.
• Drive and deliver vehicles (and loaded assets) safely to the assigned destination.
• Perform basic routine checks on the vehicles as they are driven toward the target address.
• Upon arrival, the driver must be able to unload heavy assets from the Travel Trailer and RV.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with driving long RVs
• Able to pass a background check
• An appropriate valid driver's license (from any state) for the vehicle(s) driven
• Commercial driver's license NOT REQUIRED.
• Clean driving record
• Demonstrated record of safe driving
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible to continuous change/multitasker
• Effective communicator

Pay Rate:

• $20 - $25 per actual hour spent driving
• With hotel accommodations, airfare to fly back to Phoenix, and daily meal per diem
