Part Time caregivers needed for 1st and 2nd Shifts!!

No certification/training required! Training offered onsite for Assisted Living, non-medical, community. We train you and feed you...employees receive a free meal for each shift worked.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Valid CNA/HHA preferred BUT not required! All you need is a heart for caring for others - we will teach you the rest!

• Prior experience in senior living is preferred
• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
• Demonstrate patience, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers to maintain standards and achieve goals
• Adherence to Magnolia Springs Core Values

This position requires the ability to stand and walk for periods of six hours or more

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
