Computex Information Services Inc. handles rent collection and court work services for landlords throughout the state of NJ. We have been in business for over 25 years, and we are looking to add to our growing team. If you are interested in customer service/data entry/real estate/court work, we would be happy to meet you. We are looking for an energetic and dependable person to add value to our growing small business;

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Landlord/Tenancy process a plus
• Experience with handling payments (checks, money orders), a plus
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Experience with customer service
• Experience with data entry
• College degree a plus

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working effectively in a small business, team-oriented environment.
• Communicating with tenants via phone.
• Managing/maintaining court schedule for staff.
• Handling a heavy volume of calls.
• Data entry information
