Panel Assembly Specialist Position Summary
The Panel Assembly Specialist will be a part of our Panel Shop within the Tech Services Department. This position will be part of assembling panels and enclosures for our oil and gas customers.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to read a wiring diagram
- Experience with enclosure layout design
- Good understanding of electronic schematics
- Experienced using small hand tools
- Skilled in running cable and wires within an enclosure
- Understands low voltage power systems
- Some lifting and bending required
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude working with others
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma Required
Minimum 1 year relevant experience required
Preferred Skills and Abilities
- Soldering skills
- Computer skills
- Oil and gas experience
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
The Panel Assembly Specialist candidate must be able to lift at least 70 lbs.
Travel Required
Travel may be required on occasion, but is not a regular occurrence for the Panel Assembly Specialist position
Compensation
Salary: $18-$20 per hour, commensurate with experience
