Painter - Apartment Communities

Great job opportunity! Picerne Real Estate Group has been building and managing properties on a continuing basis since 1925. With 3 generations of Picerne leadership providing continued growth on a national stage, pride of ownership is very important to our company.
We are currently seeking a Painter with proven skills for two apartment communities located in New Britain, CT. The Painter's primary responsibility is to evaluate, prepare, and perform interior and exterior painting and sheetrock repairs.
Essential Functions:
- General day to day duties include but are not limited to:
- Painting of vacant and occupied apartments
- Paint common areas on the property (hallways, doors, railing, etc.)
- Drywall repair (drywall finishes – knockdown, orange peel, popcorn, etc.) of common areas
- Exterior painting updates on property
- Turn in daily recap sheets with signature of work completed
- Assist the Property Manager and/or Maintenance team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a high school diploma/equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- 3-5 years experience required.
