SUMMARY
This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for quality and delivery by hanging, painting, and packing actuators within the speed of the paint line conveyor. Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions and Quality Plans in the cell provide information essential to completion of the tasks required per job. Performs duties of similar complexity as assigned by the Production Leader or Supervisor. Communicates essential information to the Cell Leader, Production Leader or Supervisor as required. Adheres to all health and safety regulations including 5S responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to read, follow and understand prints to accomplish the assigned task.
- Must exhibit the ability to read and follow work instructions or follow verbal instructions to perform the required job operations according to the Manufacturing Instructions, Quality Plans, and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Must be able to make basic math calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs multiple times a day.
- Must be willing to work overtime, which may include occasional weekends.
- Ability to pass fit test for respirator.

- Good planning, organizing and communication skills.
- Strong team skills and the ability to handle the demands of multiple priorities.
- Good reading and comprehension.
- Flexibility and reliability, including good focus and attendance.
- The ability to work long periods standing up; lift and manipulate heavy loads (up to 40 lbs.).
- Twist, turn, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, and walk repetitively, and work with paint and cleaning products.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
