What experience is needed as a Packing Operative?
- Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Join our highly reputable pharmaceutical client as a Packing Operative!
- We are looking to expand our fast-paced manufacturing team working with us at their state-of-the-art FMCG production facility. You will work as part of a team that takes great pride in the work that they do, with a great sense of community. You will work as part of a close-knit team, working on a rotating shift pattern that includes 12-hour shifts during days, nights, and weekends.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of a Packing Operative:
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
- To carry out bottle inspections across a fast-paced production line; Identify and categorise faults and record these findings on the line inspection sheet.
- Follow appropriate Operating Procedures
- Reporting any line/machine faults to the wider team as appropriate
- Complete shift handovers; providing line production line performance data, potential problems, glass quality & efficiency,
- Ensure that all required worksheets are always filled out correctly
