Primary care setting. New office in Hoffman Street in the exciting Little Italy area in the Bronx. Spanish speaking a must. Between 10 to 15 patients a day, with chronic care management. Practice Fussion program is the electronic medical record being used. Two office sites available.

Pay: $121,726.00 - $129,531.00 per year
