$1000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE with $500 payable after 90 days and remaining $500 payable after 180 days.

As a Production Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing manual and machine supported tasks to fill, inspect, assemble, cap, freeze, label, and/or package PPG and/or non-PPG products.

• Manually fills and/or operates filling equipment for type of product and sizes of containers specified.

• Assembles components in proper sequence using appropriate devices/equipment.

• Visually inspects assemblies/mix freeze for proper fit of components, operates test jigs, and/or records readings of results.

• Labels tubes, or containers, applies labels to boxes, cans, pails, etc.

• Operates label application equipment, as required.

• Puts packaged product into boxes, seals boxes by manually applying tape or operating a taping machine.

• Places filled cartridges or caps in a cryogenic medium, as required.

• Accurately calculates number of tubes and/or material required for each order and performs basic calculations to ensure appropriate ratio of material available or required to complete work orders per instruction.

• Lifts filled boxes of components from stand; places boxes on pallets and/or stacks in assigned area. Perform 100% quality check on each tube filled during the button board process.

• Participates in 5S activities.

• Complies with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and procedures at all times.

• Performs other tasks as assigned.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, Previous roles as a production operator,

• Must be able to read and write English.

• Have some technical skills.

• Must be able to stand for 7 hours a day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
