Follett School Solutions has an immediate opening for an Overstock Clerk - Lift Truck Operator in our McHenry distribution center.
Responsibilities include:
- Retrieving totes of overstock books from the elevated inbound conveyor lines and loading them onto to the tote platform
- Drive order picker to available overstock tote slot in the racking. Scan tote and slot bar-codes to confirm proper placement
- Retrieving overstock totes for replenishment from assigned slots in racking as directed by the RF terminal the scanning tote and slot bar-codes to confirm proper retrieval
- Retrieve, store, and/or deliver palletized loads throughout the warehouse as necessary or directed.
- 1-3 years lift truck experience in distribution or similar warehouse environment
- Basic math skills
- Basic usage and understanding of the English language (speaking, reading and writing)
