Janitorial Supervisor-

Leading Aviation Services Provider is currently accepting resumes for an experienced individual to fill the position of a Supervisor at our Seattle-Tacoma (SeaTac) International Airport (SEA) location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with leadership experience.

Summary of Duties-

The supervisor will have full responsibility over all custodial and related services that are within assigned contract. Specific responsibilities will be but not limited to oversight of Janitorial staff and performed scope of work, inventory control, placing monthly janitorial order, restocking and replenishing storage areas.

Essential functions and responsibilities-

Properly allocate work responsibilities

Ability to train new and seasoned hires on work related equipment

Resolve any Janitorial issues and/or concerns

Perform daily walk-throughs

Perform audits based on scope of work

Ensures all equipment are in working condition including repairs

Orders replacement items as needed with specified vendors

Performs additional duties as needed

Requirements

Demonstrate excellent customer service and experience working with management, vendors and suppliers

Must be able to write, read and speak English

Must posses a valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Must have strong organizational skills and communicate clearly, be responsive and have great attention to detail

Stand, walk and bend for an extended period of time

Must be able to lift to 50lbs or more
