Overland Store Manager
Overland Sheepskin Company located in Downtown Breckenridge is currently hiring a Store Manager. We offer an extensive collection of the finest shearling coats, designer leather jackets, luxurious fur & fabric coats, footwear, premium clothing, sheepskin & leather handbags. Our styles range from rugged Western to the most elegant of classic and contemporary fashions. We are also well-known for our luxurious home accessories, including sheepskin, cowhide and bison rugs, designer rugs and pillows, and more. At Overland Sheepskin Co., our goal is to provide customers with a unique, unforgettable shopping experience.

Job Expectations:
Leadership and Team Development
· Recruit, hire and train new employees
· Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
· Consistent coaching and counseling
· Monthly performance reviews of all staff
Sales & Profitability
· Coach and train sales technique
· Meet or exceed sales goals
· Monitor payroll and scheduling
· Manage store expenditures
Facilities/Maintenance
· Maintain physical integrity of the store
· Coordinate facility and maintenance projects
· Daily cleaning with staff
Operating Procedures
· Hold employees accountable for job responsibilities
· Report to Store Management regularly and effectively
· Control and manage inventory
· Maintain visually compelling store
· Uphold all policies and procedures according to company guidelines
Customer and Community Connection
· Cultivate and maintain genuine customer relationships

Merchandising
· Teach and develop merchandising principles
· Assess all merchandising, floor planning, displays and outfitting
· Manage inventory regularly
The Store Manager is expected to perform additional tasks in specific situations to achieve our customer service and operational goals, as well as working day, swing, and night shifts, weekends, and Holidays. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
