Job Summary

Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for maintaining and growing business in their assigned territory. Sales representatives are expected to present new products and promotions, negotiate pricing and address customer needs. Our Sales Representatives are Charles McMurray Company ambassadors throughout the industry. They are the trusted face for our current and prospective customers, adhering to Charles McMurray Company's mission and values.

  • Enjoy being on the road serving cabinet, door, and finishing shops
  • Enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers and vendor reps
  • Are organized and deliberate in developing a thoughtful sales strategy and executing
  • Are inquisitive and thoughtful in delivering sales presentations and overcoming objections

Qualifications Include:

  • Business or other degree preferred
  • 1-3 years outside sales experience with a history of success
  • Experience building business relationships with customers
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including effective issue resolution
  • Product/industry knowledge preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Ability to live within the territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
