THIS IS A FULL-TIME COMMISSION ONLY OUTSIDE SALES POSITION. Success experienced by others is not guaranteed. The commissions you earn each pay-period will vary, based on your sales. Commissions of 4% to 15% or more on sales are paid based on volume, price and other factors.

Responsibilities & Qualities for Outside Sales Representative

• Travel to and from scheduled appointments. (NO cold calling or door to door)
• Implement companies training and best practices during In Home appointments.
• Strongly Recommending our products for customers based on their individual needs.
• Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales.
• Use PowerPoints and demonstration demo to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals in home enhancements.
• Always maintain a professional company image.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Proven experience as a sales representative in the industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment.
• Able to travel frequently as required of the job, utilizing your personal vehicle.

Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
