· This is a high impact role that can lead to advancement in the construction and insurance industries.

· You will be assessing restoration of roofing to current and prospective customers by canvassing supplied strategic territories, so being able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment for 8 hours or more is very important.

· Attention to detail is key as you will be trained to investigate whether the roof is a candidate for repairs or replacement. Often you will be called in to look at a roof that other roofing companies have deemed a “lost cause” and HHR is able to find an alternative solution to a total roof replacement.

· You will work with a team of roofing specialists that have decades of hands-on roofing experience and will provide you with the necessary training on how to execute a contract, educate homeowners, and offer further options for improvements on the home.

REQUIREMENTS:

We will train you for success regardless of your personal or professional background!

· Must be customer service focused.

· Have effective communication skills and the drive to succeed are essential.

· Willing to work in non-climate controlled environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
